How quickly will I see results?
Most clients receive their first working deliverable within 24-48 hours of submitting a clear request with access credentials ready. Larger projects are broken into smaller milestones shipped frequently.
What does "one request at a time" mean?
You can add unlimited requests to your Trello board. We work on one at a time to ensure quality and fast turnaround. Once a request is complete, we immediately start the next one in your queue.
Do you vibe code?
Sure, we use AI whenever possible to ship fast, but quality remains our main priority. Every deliverable is reviewed and tested before handoff.
Do you build full SaaS products?
No. SMBuddy focuses on internal tools and automations that save you and your team time – not public-facing multi-tenant software. If your need is closer to a product build, we'll be transparent about that upfront.
Where does my data live?
On your systems. We work inside your accounts (Google Workspace, Slack, n8n, etc.) and your infrastructure. We do not host your data or production tools on our servers.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. You can pause once every 7 days for up to 180 days total. Billing freezes and your remaining days carry forward when you resume.
Who actually does the work?
Boris Karulin and Kirill L. – tech professionals with 15+ years of hands-on IT experience. This is not outsourced to anonymous freelancers but we can grow our team in the future.
What if I'm not satisfied?
We iterate until you are. If there's something we are not able to do well, we communicate that upfront and suggest alternatives.
